Your next dinner party could have a buffet set-up with a potato bar. Start with these potatoes on warm in a crock-pot and then bowls filled with different grated cheeses, diced bacon, smoked chicken, BBQ beef, chives, grilled veggies, chili, etc…. Imagine the possibilities?
Ultimate Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 5 lb bag potatoes
- cream or half & half
- 1.5 sticks butter, softened
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
Directions:

Peel and quarter potatoes, boil till tender and drain. Add cream cheese, butter and a splash of cream. Mash potatoes or blend till creamy. Add lots of salt and pepper to taste and DIVE IN….
