Onion Salsa

I love this Tex-Mex topping and I find myself using it more and more. It's so simple, but the bright crunchy flavors make such a nice touch to so many dishes. 1 large onion 2-3 fresh jalapeƱos 1 bunch cilantro 1 lime Garlic salt Finely chop onion, peppers and cilantro in a small- medium bowl. Add juice of one lime with garlic salt to taste. Chill and serve. Great with chips. I seed the peppers, but if you want some additional heat... Leave the seeds in!
